The hard part of a new listing is not getting on the shelf — it is staying there. Deliveries leave our central depot in Avcılar on our own fleet and reach licence-holding outlets across the whole European side of Istanbul on a regular cycle. That relationship took years to build; a new partner joins it from day one.

This is not a new model for us. We act as the distributor on the European side of Istanbul for producers based in Austria, Ukraine and Moldova, as well as for domestic producers across Türkiye. Our portfolio is published as corporate information.

Scope of Work

What we take on, and what we do not

We Handle

  • Placement into licence-holding outlets and the sales operation
  • Delivery from our depot on our own fleet, with delivery tracking
  • Field knowledge of channel, season and outlet profile

Outside Our Scope

  • Import and customs clearance. LEMARS is a distributor, not an importer — the product must already have been brought into Türkiye by its importer.
  • Consumer sales and product promotion. Prohibited by law; we deliver only to licence-holding businesses.

Commercial structure, pricing and terms of business are agreed separately with each partner. We operate under a wholesale alcoholic beverage sales certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. This page is general orientation, not legal advice.
